- I dived into accessibility. Content now precedes the links. Also some other changes.
- IE (version 6 SP1 anyway) gets a horizontal scrollbar. Of course, IE gets that with a lot of sites.
- I fixed all the style sheet warnings.
- On to content="application/xhtml+xml; charset=iso-8859-1". I don't see any difference.
Hixie says it's good, though, so I follow. Plus, the
W3C says

, so I do. Yes. I'm also now associating the style sheet in XML. Right. - Content-type=text/xml. Moving to XHTML 1.1. Pages should be rendering in standards mode. . . . Aarrgh. No. IE 6 SP1 still renders in quirks mode if there is an XML declaration. Worse, you can't use the .xml file extension without shutting IE out completely, though the XHTML 1.1 and thus XML 1.0 be valid.
